We don’t take it for granted that you’ll use us, just because we’re your local brick-and-mortar dealer. We know today’s consumers have options. But we also know that there’s so much to be said for working with the family guys down the street, as opposed to the impersonal retailers at big box stores or online. When you come into The Pool People, you are establishing a dedicated relationship with us – and we with you. Many of our employees have been with the company from the very earliest years. I am an online shopper and am not able to make it in-store. However, I really like what you have to offer. Is there a way I can purchase a product from The Pool People over the phone and get it shipped to my home?

At times, different manufacturers allow us to drop ship a purchase and it comes from the factory straight to your doorstep. Please call us to see if this would be an option for a product(s) that you are looking for. Availability will depend on manufacturer restrictions, but we are happy to check and see if this is an option for you.
